i have to say though, i’ve had real problems making that cake again. the first time was fine – great even, which is why i posted the recipe. but since then it’s tasted horrible and metalic. maybe it’s the different oil i’m using? maybe it’s the pans? either way W says it’s fine but i get two mouthfuls in and have to give up.

i’ll have to experiment more and work out what’s wrong. poo.
