Here it is, my latest FO. It’s the single cable scarf from One Skein, although, this particular scarf used up two skeins because I wasn’t using the same yarn as the pattern and also needed to stashbust. It’s some Lana Gross ‘Bingo’, which I snagged from the bargain bin at Loop the last time I was there.

It’s been sitting in my stash since before Christmas and even managed to make it an inch into a 1x rib keyhole scarf before I got bored and decided to try cables. I’m really glad I did because they just look so nice! Plus, the pattern was easy to memorise, so I could knit it without concentrating too much on a pattern. There is an error in the pattern, mind – but they had the correction on the website, thankfully! Row 8 is a purl row, which made so much more sense than when I was staring at the pattern going ‘but there are only seven rows here!’.

I haven’t blocked it yet and am actually debating whether I’m going too. Hrm. I don’t really have anywhere I can stretch it out on for blocking so I shall have to see.
